BizBox™ has been designed specifically to have very low maintenance so you can always be open for business.

Of course normal wear and tear of any vehicle needs to be addressed.

General maintenance is all that is required.

BizBox provides a 2-year frame and build warranty. A 12 month parts warranty is standard when you purchase BizBox™.

On signing of a Purchase Order we ask for one third as a deposit. Once we reach the cage stage (aluminum frame structure) of the BizBox we ask for a further third payment. Prior to delivery we ask for the final third.

Thermal Efficiency: The 3” steel wall frame and ceiling construction is packed with 3” rigid insulation. Most mobile structures are designed using a 1” wall construction with 1” insulation, or none at all.

Solar Power: BizBox™ has four 135Kw Kyocera solar panels located on the roof, with switched 12V actuators that allow panels to angle to the sun for optimal generation. The system is designed to produce 1000W per day and store up to 5 days of power without a recharge. The system uses a “True Sine” 2000W DC inverter and a charge controller with remote monitor. The BizBox can switch automatically between solar power, gas generator and electrical power.

Natural Light and Glazing: BizBox™ incorporates natural light into its design to reduce energy consumption. The glass panels are ¼” thick toughened glass with brushed aluminum frames. The glass is surrounded by neoprene strips to protect it from movement during travel. The roof design includes 2 Solatubes® light wells that disperse natural light around the BizBox™.

Due to road vehicle restrictions the BizBox™ cannot be any more than 8’6” wide, however the length can be anywhere up to 40’ long.

The average specifications of BizBox™ are 22’ long by 8’6” by 10’ high including the roof mounted solar panels when closed. When open for Business the BizBox™ extends a further 4’ long and 8 ft wide. The hydraulic slide out extends 2’4”.

BizBox™ weighs 6,500 lbs and the current 6000# torsion axles and wheels can take up to 12,000lbs.

We recommend a ¾ ton single or crew cab “pick up” vehicle is all that is needed to transport a BizBox™.

All that is needed is a tow hitch and a normal valid class D driver’s license.

The actual BizBox™ will need to be licensed with the MVD in your state. You may then need to obtain appropriate licenses depending on what you will use your BizBox™ for, such as Food licenses etc.

A normal valid class D driver’s license is all you need to transport your BizBox™

Because of the versatility and adaptability of BizBox™ it can be designed to suit almost any business without compromising on quality.

What’s more, the external rivitless metal aluminum cladding will be wrapped in your business colors, brand and any further information you require.
