The 3” aluminum box frame / wall construction and 6” chassis is welded together as one component maximizing strength
Once the aluminum white metal is applied the Bizbox is then custom wrapped for advertizing as per the business requirements.
Stainless steel trim is the applied to the base, corners and parapet of the building for protection and aesthetics.
The gas generator is supplied by a pre-installed (in the chassis) 50 gallon aluminum fuel tank with easy filler cap, The generator is a top of the line exceptionally smooth, quiet operation Generator with enclosed housing and muffler. It produces up to 7000 Watts.
BizBox is designed with a number of moving panels and doors that expand the building into a unique storefront, office, retail or showroom.
BizBox is designed with an integral storage area for the external decking. The decking has been designed to fit efficiently into the storage area and can be accessed via two ramp doors that are located on either side of the BizBox.
The utility storage has been designed to accommodate the following, each with easy access:

Inverter and Charge controller
Electrical Fuse boxes
Spare wheel/tire
Water Heater
BizBox has also been designed to take up to 100 gallons of fresh and grey water storage tanks.

The frame sits upon 6000# electric brake Torsion axles with Heavy Duty 16” LRC tires/chrome modular wheels, designed to take up to 12,000 lbs.
BizBox is equipped with an 8’ glazed hydraulic slide out with fold out doors. The slide out can hold up to an additional 400 lbs of weight. The slide out is operated easily with and on/off switch inside the building.
BizBox is equipped with all roadworthy brake lights and license plates.
BizBox is equipped with a 12V hydraulic leveling jack with lights at the hitch. The underside of the BizBox is also equipped with 4 individual cranked leveling feet to provide increased stability.
The BizBox is shrouded in “Rivetless” white aluminum approx .40 thick. Rivetless is chosen as it is a smooth surface to receive the advertising wrap.
The floor finishes have been designed for durability and design. The floor is a spray-in rubberized material, available in any color.
The BizBox has 2 roof mounted 110V 15,000 BTU’s AC heat pump systems.
The system is designed to produce approx 1000W per day and store up to 5 days of power in the 6 deep cycle batteries located in the Utility store, without a recharge. The BizBox switches automatically between solar power, gas generator and electrical power.
The 3” wall frame and ceiling construction is packed with 3” rigid insulation (Note: most mobile structures are designed using a 1” wall construction with 1” insulation or none at all)
The glass panels are ¼” thick toughened glass (to reduce weight) with brushed aluminum frames. The glass is surrounded by neoprene strips to protect it from movement during travel. The roof design includes 2 Solatubes® light wells that disperse natural light around the BizBox.
